  1. Passengers must report at the designated reporting time before departure.
  2. The company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical breakdown, or other unavoidable circumstances.
  3. The organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any tour due to unavoidable reasons.
  4. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during the journey.
  5. Loss, theft, or damage to luggage is the passenger's responsibility.
  6. No refund will be given once the ticket is confirmed unless specified under the refund policy.
  7. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation before the journey.
  8. The seating arrangement during sightseeing is managed by the tour guide or organizer.
  9. Passengers must follow instructions given by the tour guide during the trip.
  10. Any misconduct during the tour may result in removal from the trip without refund.
  11. Dial India Services is not responsible for hotel, transport, or other services arranged outside the package.
  12. The company reserves the right to change the itinerary when necessary.
