- Refunds are processed only if the cancellation request meets the terms mentioned in the cancellation policy.
- No refund will be provided for unused services after the journey has started.
- Refunds may take 7-10 working days to process after approval.
- Any applicable cancellation charges will be deducted before issuing the refund.
- In case of cancellation by the company due to unavoidable reasons, customers may be offered an alternative tour or a partial/full refund depending on the situation.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
