- Cancellation requests must be submitted before the departure date.
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on how many days before the journey the cancellation is made.
- Last-minute cancellations may result in higher charges or no refund.
- If a customer fails to report at the departure time, it will be treated as a 'No Show' and no refund will be provided.
- If the tour is cancelled by Dial India Services due to unavoidable reasons, customers may receive a refund or an alternative booking.
- All cancellation requests must be confirmed by Dial India Services.
